The goal of the workshop is to bring together researchers in both applied and
fundamental aspects of magnetism. The workshop is intended to cover topical work
on multiferroic materials, spin-torque and domain wall motion, and voltage control
of magnetism. We plan to have 15 invited talks and 15 to 20 contributed talks.
